Aloha and welcome to American T-shirt Company's website! We are a family owned wholesale distributor of imprintable sportswear carrying high quality, brand name products. Ordering

The minimum order is 12 pieces of any style, color and size. Orders once submitted into our system, cannot be changed or modified. For web orders, pick up times are scheduled from 11:00am-4:30pm. Please allow at least 4 business hours from the time you place your order to process it. Will call orders will be held for 5 days. Any will call orders not picked up or orders that have been canceled maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee. Neighbor Island orders placed before 12:30pm will be shipped via UPS the same day. Orders received after this time will ship the next business day. COD charges, freight, handling and UPS insurance will be added to each invoice. Neighbor Island customers may also ship via Young Brothers if Net 30 terms have been established, or the order is prepaid. A $20 service fee will be added to Young Brothers orders. Please check with our customer service staff for Young Brothers barge shipping times. Orders are shipped FOB our Honolulu warehouse. We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods, or damages incurred during shipping. All claims for damaged goods have to be made with UPS or Young Bros.

Pricing:

All prices are subject to change without notice. We assume no responsibility and no liability if price change notices are not received. Merchandise is subject to change or may be temporary or permanently out of stock.

Case pricing is received for purchases of mill case pack of one style/size/color.
Dozen pricing is received for purchases of one dozen of a style/size/color.
Piece pricing is received for purchases of 1-11 pieces per style/size/color.

All customers will be charged a 4.712% general excise tax unless a State of Hawaii Form G-17, Resale Certificate, has been completed. Customers who complete this application will be charged 1/2% general excise tax. A 50% non refundable deposit is required on all special orders.

Terms:

Will call orders can be paid for with cash, company/personal check upon fund verification or American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Diners, JCB or Discovery Card. Neighbor Island orders can be charged to their credit card on file or shipped COD cashiers' check/money order. Company checks are accepted after an account has been established and a complete check application approved. Net 30 terms may be granted upon approval of a completed and signed credit application. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be accessed on unpaid balances beyond the terms established. American T-shirt reserves the right to revoke terms at any time. Return checks are subject to a $25.00 surcharge and company/personal check privileges may be revoked.

Returns and Refusals:

Please inspect and check orders for accuracy before garments are decorated. No returns will be accepted on decorated or washed merchandise. Alterations of the garments by you or your designer will constitute acceptance of the order and condition of the goods by you. First quality non altered goods may be returned within 14 days for merchandise credit or even exchange. These goods maybe subject to a 20% handling fee. Damaged goods may be returned for a merchandise credit or even exchange within 14 days. To return merchandise you must call our customer service department to obtain a return authorization number. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and reference the return authorization number. Without the proper reference numbers, returns will be refused. American T-shirt Co. cannot be responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the invoiced customers.
